Lasagna (Bilingual-Eng-Indo)
How about a casserole of Lasagna for dinner? I guess everybody at home will certainly say “yes, please”. Well, made this delicious Lasagna yesterday, pork one. I used simple ingredients (more like anything left in my fridge ..) for this recipe, but it came out really good and made every tummy happy at dinner. Here we go!
(Teman- teman ini aku share resep Lasagna yang biasa aku buat di rumah, bahannya asal nyomot dari kulkas (apa yang tersisa aja) but basically ini adalah pork Lasagna, tapi jangan ragu untuk nyoba ganti daging nya jadi daging sapi atau sosis. Yuk, disimak..)
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of ground meat (you can use beef, pork, sausage,etc –> I’m using pork here) (daging filing: sapi boleh, sapi boleh, sosis juga OK)
- 4 Lasagna sheets (4 lembar pasta Lasagna)
- 2 large onion (bawang bombay)
- 1 bottle/ jar of pasta sauce (saus pasta botolan/kalengan ukuran tanggung)
- 4 medium tomatoes (tomat ukuran sedang)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (garam)
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper (merica)
- 150 grams of Mozzarella cheese (keju Mozzarella parut)
- 250 grams of Cheddar cheese (keju Cheddar parut)
Steps:
1. Cut tomatoes, onion, mushrooms onto smaller pieces.
(Potong-potong tomat dan bawang bombay menjadi kecil-kecil)
2. Then, grate the cheese.
(Kemudian parut kejunya.)
3. Set the heat on high, lay on your pan and begin to put in sliced onions into it. Stir well until they are soft and golden brown.
(Panaskan wajan dan tumis bawang bombay hingga lemas dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan.)
4. Put in the tomatoes. Wait until they are soft.
(Masukkan tomat kedalamnya. Masak hingga tomat lemas.)
5. Put in meat. Stir well until the meat cooked.
(Masukkan daging kedalamnya. Aduk rata hingga daging matang seluruhnya.)
6. Pour in the pasta sauce. Season with some salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for about 25-30 minutes until the sauce dried a bit.
(Tuangkan saus pasta dan taburi garam dan merica. Aduk rata dan masak di api kecil selama 25-30 menit hingga saus sedikit mengering.)
7. Meanwhile boil water in a bog pot and put in the Lasagna sheet when it’s boiled, cook for 8-10 minutes.
(Sementara itu, rebus air di sebuah panci besar dan masukkan lembar Lasagna jika air telah mendidih. Rebus selama 8-10 menit.)
8. Preheat your oven to 356 F (180 C)
(Panaskan oven hingga 180 C.)
9. Prepare your casserole and begin to built your Lasagna. Spread 5 tablespoons of your sauce onto the base of the casserole evenly.
(Siapkan casserole dan ratakan 5 sendok makan saus Lasagna di dasarnya.)
10. Lay your first sheet on the sauce.
(Letakkan lembar Lasagna yang pertama diatas saus.)
11. Put some sauce evenly on the top of the sheet. Sprinkle the cheese evenly.
(Letakkan sejumlah saus diatas lembar pertama dan ratakan. Taburi dengan keju secara merata.)
12. Begin to lay your second sheet. Continue with another sauce and cheese. Keep the layer on : SHEET – SAUCE – CHEESE until they are all finished.
(Mulai letakkan lembar Lasagna yang kedua. Diikuti dengan meratakan saus diatasnya dan taburi dengan keju. Ulangi proses LEMBAR LASAGNA – SAUS – KEJU hingga semua bahan habis.)
13. The last, sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on the top of the Lasagna.
(Terakhir, taburkan keju Mozzarella di paling atas Lasagna.)
14. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake the Lasagna in the oven for about 15 minutes (on the middle rack).
(Tutup casserole dengan kertas aluminum dan panggang di dalam oven selama 15 menit di rak tengah oven.)
15. Open the aluminum cover and bake the open casserole Lasagna in the oven (on the upper rack) for another 25-30 until it’s browning. Cut the lasagna the size you want before serving.Done!
(Buka kertas aluminum dari casserole dan panggang kembali Lasagna selama 25-30 menit di rak paling atas oven hingga lapisan keju berwarna kecoklatan. Potong Lasagna sesuai selera. Selesai!)
