Hello, everyone. Here is one of our family fave dishes, easy shredded chicken. Basically it is boiled chicken breast which is cooked well with some sauce and tomatoes. Serves you woderful and addicting dinner. Here we go!
(Temen-temen ini aku share resep untuk bikin Ayam Suwir yang mudah dan nggak ribet. Paling enak disajikan sama nasi putih hangat, boleh juga dimakan sama sambal pilihan kluarga. Yuk, cobain rame-rame!)
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of skinless chicken breast (dada ayam tanpa kulit)
- 4 tbs of chili sauce (saus sambal favorit)
- 3 tbs of soy sauce (kecap asin)
- 3 tbs of sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper (bubuk merica hitam)
- 2 onions (bawang bombay)
- 2 tomatoes (tomat buah)
- 2 cloves of garlic (bawang putih)
- 1/2 cup of hot water (setengah cangkir air panas)
- 2 tbs of vegetable oil (minyak sayur)
Steps:
1. In a large pot, boil 2 litres of water. Put in the clean chicken breast and boil for another 20 minutes or until the chicken boiled well.
(Dalam sebuah panci, rebus 2 liter air dan masukkan dada ayam. Rebus selama kurang lebih 20 menit, atau hingga matang sempurna.)
2. Cut and slice the onions, tomatoes, and garlic.
(Potong dan iris bawang bombay, tomat buah dan bawang putih.)
3. Take the chicken put of the pot and set aside for 15 minutes. Then, start to shred it using hand or fork.
(Keluarkan ayam dari dalam panci dan sisihkan selama 15 menit. Lalu, suwir suwir ayam menggunakan tangan atau garpu.)
4. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil on medium.
(Pada sebuah wajan, panaskan minyak sayur dengan api medium.)
5. Saute the garlic until fragrant and put in onions and tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.
(Tumis bawang putih hingga harum dam masukkan bawang bombay dan tomat buah. Masak selama 3 menit.)
6. Mix together the chili sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and black pepper.
(Campur bersama saus sambal, kecap asin, kecap manis dan bubuk merica hitam.)
5. Pour in the mixed sauce to the pan and mix well with the chicken. Cook for 3 minutes.
(Tuangkan campuran saus basah dan aduk rata dengan ayam. Masak selama 3 menit.)
6. Pour in the hot water and cooked for another 15 minutes. Done!
(Tuangkan air panas dan masak kembali selama 15 menit hingga bumbu meresap. Selesai!)
