BBQ Pork Ribs (Bilingual Eng-Indo)
Hi fellas..here I bring you easy homemade Oven BBQ Pork Ribs to spruce up your table at dinner/ potluck. They look awesome and taste so good. Let’s get started!
(Teman-teman ini aku share resep bikin Homemade Iga Babi panggang dengan menggunakan oven, persiapan dan bahan-bahan yang digunakan cukup mudah dan yang pasti bikin temen/pacar/keluarga ternganga dengan penampilan dan rasanya yang top banget. Yuk, bikin rame-rame!)
Ingredients:
- 500 grams pork ribs (iga babi, boleh diganti sapi bagi yang kepengen beef)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (bubuk bawang putih)
- 1 teaspoon of chicken/ beef stock powder/ blocks (bubuk kaldu ayam/sapi)
- 3/4 teaspoon of cheyenne pepper (bubuk cabe merah)
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (bubuk merica hitam)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt (garam)
-1 teaspoon of sugar (gula)
- 3 tablespoon of hot sauce (saus sambal)
- 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce (saus BBQ botolan)
- 2 tablespoon of honey (madu)
- Aluminum foil (kertas aluminum)
Steps:
1. Prepare your baking tray and begin putting your ribs on, prick the back side of the ribs slowly using the tip of your knife.
(Siapkan pan panggangan dan letakkan ribs diatasnya, tusuk-tusuk perlahan bagian belakang ribs dengan ujung pisau)
2. Mix together: garlic powder, cheyenne pepper, salt, sugar, black pepper, and chicken/beef stock block using a fork.
(Campur bersama bubuk bawang putih, bubuk cabe merah besar, garam, gula, merica, dan bubuk kaldu ayam/sapi dengan menggunakan garpu)
3. Sprinkle the backside and the frontside of the ribs evenly with the powder mix. Set aside for 1 hour.
(Taburi permukaan belakang dan depan iga dengan campuran bubuk diatas secara merata. Diamkan selama 1 jam)
4. Preheat your oven to 250 F (120 C)
(Panaskan oven hingga 120 C)
5. Wrap your ribs with aluminum foil to make a “boat” shape with the front side down
(Bungkus iga dengan menggunakan kertas aluminum menjadi bentuk “kapal” dengan bagian depan iga dibawah)
6. Put the wrapped ribs into the oven and bake for 2 hours
(Masukkan bungkusan iga kedalam oven dan panggang selama 2 jam)
7. Prepare the wet sauce: mix together the hot sauce, BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl
(Siapkan saus olesan: campur bersama saus sambal, saus BBQ, dan madu dalam sebuah mangkuk)
8. Take out the ribs and open slightly the wrap using tongs and throw away the juice inside.
(Keluarkan iga dari dalam oven dan perlahan buka bungkusnya dengan menggunakan penjepit, buang cairan daging didalamnya)
9. Put the ribs back to the grill rack and begin to spread the back side of the ribs with the wet sauce.
(Letakkan iga di rak pemanggang dan mulai oleskan saus olesan pada bagian belakang iga.)
10. Set the oven to 350 F (180 C) and put the ribs back in for about 10 minutes.
(Atur suhu oven hingga 180 C dan panggang iga selama 10 menit.)
11. Take out the ribs and spread the front side of them with the wet sauce, put back into oven for another 10 minutes.
(Keluarkan iga dan olesi bagian depan nya dengan saus olesan, masukkan lagi dalam oven selama 10 menit.)
12. Repeat the process number 11 one more time. Done!!
(Ulangi proses nomor 11 sekali lagi. Selesai!)
